Commenter is a PHP include script that allows web site visitors to add their name and comments to a web page (email and URL optional), and view other people comments. The script is flexible enough to be modified into a guestbook or a simple directory of websites. Built-in administrator interface allows webmasters to easily control comments added. New features include one script that run the entire site and log file so that webmaster can easily monitor new comments. Requires no database.
