ODAT is a general database editing tool for mysql-databases. It should not betoo hard to change it for other database systems. It currently features: Handle (almost?) all tables and row types, If the name of a column ends with Id it will search and give the result from a table with the name (without the ending Id) of that column, Searches for the column Id in that table, and more.
