This program is a download limit program. You set the allowed download limit and if the download number goes over that number the script will not let the user download the program. This program will also counts individual file downloads. This program is very useful for people that have limited bandwidth like me. :)  This script will keep track of the total downloads from every file downloaded and it will also keep individual download counts.
